Buy Back Policy

  1. Tulola Buy Back policy is valid for all Gold and Diamond Jewelry and is subject to a rebate of 40% of the invoice price. Please note Tulola does not offer a Buy Back Program for Silver Jewelry.
  2. Buy back program applies only for Gold jewelry and Diamond jewelry purchased from Tulola.
  3. Jewelry that is being reviewed for the Buy Back program must still be in good condition and must have all original packaging and invoices from purchase.

How To Prepare Your Item For Our Buy Back Policy

Follow the below process:

  1. For all returns message our Customer Service +628123859524 o and you will be given a Buy Back Return Code.
  2. Package Your Return. We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging material.
  3. Or, you can come deliver your item directly to the Tulola Store.
  4. Insure Your Package. We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. Tulola is not responsible for lost or stolen articles during shipping.

After Your Return Is Received By Tulola

Once your jewelry is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation message from our customer service team. System processing occurs Monday through Friday. Please allow our team one business day, up to 24 hours, once the carrier arrives to receive product into our system. Failure to obtain a Buy Back Return Code can delay processing your return.
Once entered into our system, your return must be inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Please allow 2-4 business days for this process. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed. For refunds, please allow an additional 10-20 days. Your customer service will be in contact with you to help you through this process.
