Does Tulola give certificates for each product?

Tulola at this time does not issue any certificates based on material outside its warranty.

Does Tulola have a buy back program?

Yes, Tulola has a buy- back program only for its solid gold items. Please refer to footer section of www.shoptulola.com for more details.

What couriers does Tulola use and is it safe?

Tulola uses JNE, UPS, and DHL for its local and international shipments. All of our shipments are covered with insurance and the Tulola customer service team are always available to help track your shipment.

How much are the shipping charges?

Tulola give a facility for free of charge shipping fee to all around Indonesia. For free shipping, Tulola will use JNE local courier (shipment estimation depends on the city/province). Tulola will not cover shipping fee for customer returning Tulola product for service or exchange.

How long we will receive my order?

Tulola always give information for shipment estimation order and this information will be send to customer e-mail.

What if I need my order can be ship more quickly based on the date I requested?

Tulola can proceed shipment in 1 working day shipping use a JNE YES or Super Speed option (For Super Speed option, you can decide what time you need to receive your order) but we will have a shipping charge for this shipment service and with note if your order is not in Pre-Order status. Can I order jewelry that in Pre-Order status?

You can still order all jewelry that in Pre-Order status, we will deliver the jewelry based on the date that we give information on the jewelry description

Do Tulola can refund?

Tulola can’t give a refund for every purchased

Can I exchange if i do not feel fit in with the jewelry that I ordered?

Tulola provides the facility to exchange for a maximum of 7 days after purchase, and customer can exchange the jewerly with same price or more, because Tulola can not refund money to the customer. Then for this exchange, can only be done if the condition of the jewelry not broken or still the same as at the time of purchase. For this exchange, shipping fee will be charge to customer (not free).

What if I received the package in a damaged condition?

After you received the package in damaged condition, you are expected to directly contact the customer service Tulola no more than 2 days after you receive the package.
