Returns and Exchanges

Tulola, in partnership with DHL, allows you to book a free package pick up directly to your door step. Just make sure you request your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within seven days of receiving your order and return the items within 14 days of receiving your RMA number.  Please see below for more details.

An Important Note About Returns Shipments: Please note that the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and the final shipping amount will be deducted from the Refund Amount. If you have any questions regarding shipment costs from your particular location please send us an email and will assist in providing a quote from DHL.

Receiving your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  1. Send an email to customerservice@tuloladesigns.com stating the reason for return. Please see our "Terms and Conditions" for our policy on acceptable return reasons.

  2. You will then receive an email containing your RMA number which is valid for the next 14 days within which you can send your unwanted item(s) back to us.

Returning your Purchase

  1. Book a free collection with DHL, by visiting www.DHL.com  and selecting your country to find the telephone number of your nearest DHL Office. Please leave your package open until the driver has checked the contents. 

  2. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Late Returns

An RMA number should be requested within seven days of receiving your order. You should then return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving this number. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Tulola.

Receiving a refund

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will include return shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Important information

  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.

  • Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

  • Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Packaging including boxes and brochures should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
