2 Year Manufacturers Warranty
We stand behind our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects. All Tulola, products are designed and crafted to be worn for daily use. Tulola offers a 2 Year Warranty on all of its items. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection and service.
Complimentary Cleaning, Inspection and Gold Dipping
Within the 2-year Warranty Period, we recommend having your jewelry cleaned and inspected every six months or if it undergoes any potential trauma. Especially if you wear your jewelry daily we recommend having your jewelry inspected by the Tulola Studio every six months. Inspections and cleaning may help prevent the loss of a stone and extend the life of your jewelry. This cleaning and inspection service is free of charge to all Tulola Customers. The customer pays for shipping to Tulola address, and Tulola will not pay for return shipping to customer address. Repairs and Gold Dipping, for items still under warranty, can be serviced free of charge.
A Note About Gold Dipped Silver Jewelry
Tulola uses the highest quality silver in all its Sterling Silver Collections. Silver by nature, is a pure and soft metal and can be prone to discoloration or oxidation during normal wear. Even though our collections offer a selection of finishes in gold and rhodium our collections still may be prone to this discoloration from time to time. We recommend having your jewelry inspected by the Tulola Studio every six months. Repairs and Gold Dipping, for items still under warranty, can be serviced free of charge.
How to Prepare your TulolaJewerly for Servicing, Inspection, or Cleaning.
To return an item to Tulola, follow the below process:
1 For all returns message our Customer Service +628123859524 and you will be given a Warrenty Authorization Code.
2 Package Your Return. We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging material.
3 Or return your item directly at the Tulola Store in Bali at Jl. Cendrawasih #2, Jl. Petitenget, Kerobokan, Bali, Indonesia
4 Insure Your Package. We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. Tulola is not responsible for lost or stolen articles during shipping.
After Your Return Is Received by Tulola
Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation message from our customer service team. System processing occurs Monday through Friday. Please allow our team one business day, up to 24 hours, once the carrier arrives to receive product into our system. Failure to obtain a Warranty Authorization code can delay receiving your return.
Once entered into our system, your return must be inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Please allow 2-4 business days for this process. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed. For servicing, please allow an additional 10-20 days. If you need your item, serviced quickly please let us know!
Conditions and Exclusions
- The Tulola Warranty and Complimentary Services from the Tulola Jewelers Studio are available to customers who purchased from Tulola only.
- Maintenance, repair, sizing or other service performed by someone other than Tulola will void your Manufacturer Warranty.
- All jewelry is not impervious to normal wear, activities or trauma. This is particularly true for rings since hands are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Damage or loss that results from failure to obtain repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the product are also not covered.
